Retired lawman Kimothy Monroe, who has over 30 years in law enforcement, has written a true-life crime story in his book Monster Eyes. It's the story of murders committed by a serial killer in a small town. Kimothy worked to solve the case before his retirement as interim Police Chief in Laurinburg, NC.
Kimothy will be sharing with us how he worked the case, what went into solving it, how he put his experiences on the police force into writing this book and what his plans are for the sequel.
This promises to be an adventure into what goes into the work of crime solving and capturing a serial killer!
